Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to SumTube Pro and Team paid passes. Each paid pass provides 31 days of digital service access and starts immediately after payment.

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if no paid features have been used.

Duplicate payments, payment errors, or failure to provide the service due to SumTube's fault will be refunded after confirmation.

If paid features have been used or the paid pass has already started, the refundable amount may be adjusted based on the usage period, usage volume, and benefits already provided.
