These terms define the conditions for using SumTube, including AI video summaries, paid passes, payment, and refund rules.

SumTube provides AI-generated summaries, keywords, chapter briefs, and multi-video comparison summaries based on public YouTube URLs or search results submitted by users.

SumTube does not download or resell original videos. Summaries are reference material and are not a substitute for the original content.

Pro and Team are 31-day paid passes that start immediately after payment confirmation.

KRW card payments are processed by Toss Payments. Sensitive card details are not stored on SumTube servers.

Users may not use the service for illegal content, rights-infringing content, privacy-infringing content, automated mass requests, abuse, or attempts to bypass payment or authentication.
